By using this product you commit to follow these directions, no warranty will be provided for products being damaged by the cover as this will be considered as bad usage.

    Terrible customer service

    We purchased from Outdoor Direct because they assured us the product we were purchasing was in stock and that we would receive within 7-10 business days. I called on several occasions and spoke with the customer service manager concerning the arrival of our product. The service manager apologized on several occasions but could offer us anything concerning the arrival date. She first told me we had to wait the 7-10 business days and once we passed that date, was told we had to call to schedule a delivery date. This would have all been acceptable but when purchasing was told that we would receive within the 7-10 day period. We had contractors waiting the arrival and would have appreciated transparency with the shipping process. When I asked to speak to a manager, was told she was the only person to speak with and that the owner of the company no longer came into the office. We still haven’t received the fire pit but have been told it will be delivered tomorrow. Hopefully it will show up! Just be cautious when ordering from this company.
