Outdoor Heat Direct has been selling outdoor fire features online since 2018, as part of Altacom, LLC. Today the catalog runs to more than 1,400 products from over a dozen manufacturers we are authorized to carry, which means factory pricing, factory warranty, and a real person on the phone when you need to work out BTUs, gas lines, or which burner fits a 48 in. table.
One category, done properly
We are not a general patio store. Everything we stock burns, glows, or moves water: gas fire pits and fire tables, concrete and copper fire bowls, drop-in burners and pans, tiki torches, outdoor fireplaces, chimeneas, and matching water features.
That focus is the whole point. Because we sell only this category, we know which finishes hold up in coastal salt air, which burners are rated for natural gas versus propane, and which pieces ship freight on a pallet with a two week lead time. You get that answer before you buy, not after.
