We absolute love this fireplace. It's sleek, modern and extremely well built. It also weighs a lot and hasn't budged in high winds. Our experience with Outdoor Heat Direct was excellent. Everything went smoothly and as expected.

Overall, it’s been a great addition to our backyard and gets used way more than we expected.

This was a great value for the product. Unfortunately, we had a long wait for the first delivery (6 weeks), but they let us know it would be extended. The first table arrived damaged during shipping. Outdoor Heat Direct immediately filed a claim while the driver was still here so that the table could be replaced quickly. The second table arrived much faster and in perfect condition. The delivery driver was AWESOME and offered some assistance, because make no mistake, this is a solid, big, and very heavy table. Ours is hooked up to an underground propane tank, and the gas guy had no issues with the hookup. With all the issues from the first delivery, we didn't receive our cover for the table, but again I reached out to Outdoor Heat Direct and it was sent right away. I highly recommend this company and this gorgeous product. We will spend many lovely fire lit nights in our backyard around this table!

Just received my new waterfall bowl feature for my pool and I love it. It was easy to order and had good communication on the delivery process. I'm excited to get it installed on my pool and functioning.

The Cazo Concrete fire bowls themselves are beautiful and exactly as described. They were packaged securely and arrived safe. I would definitely use Outdoor Heat Direct again.

I ordered one of these along with my fire pit. Unfortunately the lid was cracked essentially in half when it arrived. I contacted OHD and they quickly shipped out an entire replacement unit. Grateful for the excellent customer service, and this is a great way to hide the ugly propane tank. It is very solid and the perfect height to use as an end table for drinks or snacks. Matches my fire pit perfectly.

I purchased the 48" wide, 18" tall, Unity Fire Pit with the black powder coat. This was my first time purchasing a fire pit, and I could not be happier with the support that Outdoor Heat Direct provided.

In my case, I was purchasing this for a roof deck that was up three flights of stairs. I spoke with the customer support team about procuring white glove installation service for this task, and Outdoor Heat Direct was able to promptly deliver a quote for this scope of work. When I decided after to do the lift myself, the customer support team was able to answer all of my questions, such as the weight of the pallet, the weight of the fire pit, and whether any of the componentry could be removed to simplify the lift. When the fire pit came I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to lift. We had the fire pit set up and installed within 20 minutes.

The way the item shipped was perfect - the fire pit was protected by layers of foam sheets and plastic wrap, and cabled down securely. The company chosen to deliver the pit was accommodating in my ask to borrow their pallet jack to move it off the sidewalk.

Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience, and although I don't foresee myself buying another fire pit in the near future, I happily recommend this company and do hope I have the chance to use them again.

Absolutely beautiful looking fire pit. Have not used it yet as it has to be installed . Hoping that it works once connected to natural gas but otherwise looks very well constructed
